The OSCC is currently looking for proposals for panels and presentations!
When you submit your proposal, explain how it supports art and creativity, education, technical discoveries, business, social life, or provides enriching experiences for the OpenSim community.
The OSCC is looking for individuals or groups at the forefront who are shaping the metaverse, hosting exciting activities, and changing the world. This year’s conference will focus on inspiring imagination and energizing the OpenSim community.
The conference is scheduled for December 6 and 7 and is expected to feature more than 30 panels and presentations on the main stage, as well as music, art, and social events in the evenings. There will also be a launch party the Friday before the conference, and after the conference, the community hosts social events and tours at hypergrid destinations.
Each presentation is expected to be 20 minutes long, and the deadline for proposals is end of day on October 13.
The organizers encourage presentations that span current innovations and activities, performance artistry, educational simulations, innovative business cases, or have a publication or track record of real-world use.
“We are particularly interested in speakers who dramatically tell the story of their work and employ great 3D examples as props and graphics,” the organizers said in their announcement.
